2015 Sierra Radio/Nav screen problem

Nav screen bounces between apps and constantly changing radio stations. any one else had these issues or is it just my dark cloud of troubles?

Mine changes between main radio screen and preset screen.  It happens randomly every 1-2 weeks (but when it does it, it does it for as long as the truck is running).  I made a video when it was misbehaving and took it to the dealer.  They did a software update which didn't fix it.  They are now ordering some type of control module for the screen (it has not been done yet so I do not know the exact part).  I have an extended warranty which is paying for the new part.   There are other threads showing this type of problem, but no good solutions/resolutions are mentioned.

Thanks for the reply. Mine has done it in the past, only for a short period of time maybe one day, but cleared up for several months. It’s started again and this time is long term. Four straight days with no remorse. If you don’t mind reply back with a part when you find out. Thanks

They just replaced my "display control module".  Is a $400 part with $250 labor.  So far, so good; but it has only been a day.  If it starts acting up again, I will update this post.

Mine’s gone insane. Bouncing among radio channels or songs on my phone for about 4 seconds each.
 

Now it goes to OnStar full volume, can’t  turn it down. It acts like someone’s sitting on the remote. 

 

Im driving 1000 miles a week in silence. Feckin POS.
