Pan to catch coolant?

Hey all,

 

Soon I will be moving a bit north to Cadillac, MI. I'll need my truck to haul stuff up there. Before then I need to replace the hoses as the lower one is leaking and the upper can't be far behind. What sort of pan do you all use to catch the coolant as it drains? What do you do with it?
