Anyone recall a fix for the rough/cold start issues in very cold weather?

 

I had a little hesitation at 45 degrees first morning start.  Im thinking I will have these issues again.

How cold are you talking?

 

The is a bulletin/update regarding rough cold start and on L8T, but only at temps -10F and lower.
