Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 2019 Yukon with 20k on the clock. The truck came from Pennsylvania. The truck is my wife's and she loves it. I got a chance to put it on a lift and noted frame rust front to back, sides ,top and bottom. I know about the TSB has any one had the rust repaired as per the bulletin? I am in NJ.  Thanks

They all do it and there no way around it unless you strip it all away and redo it.

It's not hurting anything because it's all surface rust. People from the south would cringe at the bottom of my 2016 truck but up here in MN that is a totally normal thing to see. The body is going to rust away faster than these thick frames will.

If you want to tackle it now you'll just have to clean it up, scuff it with a scotchbrite pad and coat it again.
