Replaced o2 sensor in bank 2 sensor 1 but still reading bad

Rockdigga

Question

I was getting code from obd2 saying bank 2 sensor 1 was bad. So I looked at my live data on my obd2 reader and it showed that it was high voltage and stuck at that number. But after replacing the 02 sensor for bank 2 sensor 1 nothing has changed and the code still reads high and frozen just as before. Is there something I might be missing? Reset or re learn? Thanks for any help in advance.

Go through the diagnostic procedure for the code you are getting.  It will have a bunch of other steps besides "replace O2 sensor".

Yeah I'm thinking it's a short... just don't know where to really start on finding it so any and all suggestions are welcome! ? thanks in advance for any and all help!
