3.0 Duramax City/daily driver

[HELPPLEASE]

Soooo.... We purchased a 2020 Chevrolet diesel Durham ax about a year ago oh and had no issues for the 1st 9 months now about 3 months ago the check engine light came on and I received email that there was an emissions issue took it in to Chevrolet to have them have them fix it and they told me that it was a bad DEF FILTER AND REPLACED IT.  Since then it is currently back at Chevrolet with 15000 miles yes and this will be the 4th time the same issue has occurred. After emailing the CEO at Chevrolet today and and I just heard from the general manager at the dealership who is trying to explain to me there's nothing wrong with the truck it is just not being driven enough enough however we drive drive on the weekends 100 miles into the mountains and have took it on several Out of state trips to Nebraska and Arizona from ColoradoTrying to replace R diesel with a 2500 gas powered telling me there's nothing wrong with the truck we just don't drive it enough someone please give me your input
