Installed amp steps on Yukon and the rear doors don’t seem to work

I recently had some amp steps out on my Yukon and well the front doors seem to work great but the rears don’t wanna make the steps extract down... I’ve tried everything from calling the customer service rep at amp to spraying wd-40 in the lock actuators for the rear doors... it seemed to make the passenger rear work every now and again but the other side nothing.. help!!!
