2017 Silverado LTZ stock LED tail lights to aftermarket

I have a 2017 Silverado LTZ and the factory taillights are LED. I bought aftermarket LED taillights from Americantrucks.com and the wiring doesn’t match. I have done some research and found out that the aftermarket LEDs are only for halogen wiring harness which my truck doesn’t have. I read of people buying the halogen wiring harness and swapping them for the LTZ but then there would be a hyper turning signal issue. Does anyone sell or know how to make these aftermarket LEDs work?

You would probably have to get the halogen harness and put load resistors in to cancel the hyper flash. Id be interested in your factory tail lights and factory harness. I have the halogen harness in my truck its a 18 maybe do some trading?
