Does anyone else feel their drivers sit almost shift and make a noise when going around a corner or shifting in the seat? It’s like it’s loose or something. Am I crazy or? Haha

I have this exact issue and it's driving me nuts.

I've tightened every bolt I can access and still no luck.  I'm starting to think it's the seat cover shifting on the seat, but it looks like all the clips are secure.

It's such a horrible feeling to have the sensation that the seat isn't secure. There is a noticeable "click" when the seat shifts due to weight transfer in the vehicle.

Have you found a fix?  I took it to the dealer and they claimed they couldn't replicate it.

It's noticeable to my wife and my friend who drove it, the dealer just couldn't figure it out so they denied the issue existed.

I have the exact same problem and just found the issue. On mine, right under the front of the seat, there are 2 white clips that are attached to a tube. Either they are lose or need to have a lubricant around the tube so they slide. Im guessing they are lose because the passenger side seat is solid. The white clips are tight on passenger side. When I put my hand on the clips and push the seat side to side, they clunk when the seat moves. Hopefully this helps. Looks like I found the problem on my truck. I have an appointment Thursday to have the rear window shroud resealed and Ill have them look at it then. Hopefully can tighten them down. Check your rear window for leaks also. Mine and my neighbors are leaking. I didn't know about it until my neighbor told me and I saw mine leaked too.

I can confirm that my white clips are what is creating the play with the seat base. My passenger seat clips are firm and solid.

Nice find!

Look in the 2014-19 forum our trucks had the same issue may be the same problem. Some guys came up with a few different fixes. I did the washer fix and it has been solid since. I tried the hose clamps and it work work a while them loosen again later.

I took a look and it appears like the same issue.  Hard to imagine it’s still going on after so many years and a new truck generation.

I greased the crap out of all contact points inside the white clips and it seems to have helped for now.

thank you everyone.
