My 2019 Silverado 1500 Z71 RST is stuck in my driveway as the Parking Brake will not release.  SPB Alert Message comes up every time. I have tried the battery disconnect by removing the Negative for +30 minutes, only as others and the manual say not to disconnect the positive.  No effect. Can not force it even with vehicle in drive/reverse and throttling.  Any ideas?

you may be able to pull a fuse or relay related to the electric parking brake . My assumption is when this  thing looses power it will release. as the manual says if its left on for prolonged amount of time it can  cause the battery to drain.

Gust a wild guess. Calling the Dealership is  probably your best bed.  on star if no dealer is available may be able to get it off  as well .

Thanks Erica - I agree with your thoughts as well.  I could not seem to locate the proper fuse in the fuse box so I was hesitant to pull anything.  Will call the dealer Monday morning since they are closed and not open on Sunday.  Not a crisis in this case but not too happy about it either.  Thanks again Mike

I ended up by punting mine in four-wheel low reverse and stabbing the throttle that broke it loose.

It automatically turned itself on and it would not turn off
