2021 Denali 3rd row headrest issue

My 2021 Denali that I bought in September has had several issues and I see the topics already.  But, has anyone had an issue with their 3rd row headrests not staying up?  It has happened for both of mine. They were both "fixed" only to have both broken again.  Now the dealer is saying they know of the issues with the 3rd row headrests, but they are awaiting on info from GMC on the fix.  Its now been 4 weeks with 2 broken headrests.  So far I haven't driven this vehicle 1 day since owning it without at least 1 issue.

Did you by chance get a fix for this? I purchased a used 2021 GMC Yukon Denali and both head rest have broken and the dealer wants $1200 for just labor and GM is saying they won't extend the service bulletin coverage. I find it hard to believe this is a service bulletin and not a safety recall considering head rest is a part of a safety feature for wrecks.
