So still new to the  forum have been searching a lot on here for those who have installed that whipple smog legal bolt on supercharger, i was debating with procharger in my last post but decided since i live in CA , whipple bolt on kit is the way to go , past up on the black friday deal but its coming back on  Christmas so i plan on getting the kit that comes with the whipple tune bolt on with stock fuel system due to smog. Id like to convert the truck to e85/flex to see if i can squeeze some more out of it nothing crazy but i like to have the option of gas/flex/full e85. Honestly the goal is 500hp pasing smog . Even if its 91 changing pullies and not running out of fuel .I did look into the tuner kits but it does not come with carb number . I will eventually get my tuner to dial it in trying to not compromise that smog sniffer

been following  a guy on YouTube with the same build pmoore4321 he converted to e85 and installed low pressure fuel pump, lt4 high pressure pump and lt4 injectors. What ive been reading here on the forum is some only do the lt4 pump and injectors so im confused on if the low pressure is needed for upgrade

ive been looking into adding the flex fuel sensor since my truck was not a flex fuel ordered the sensor and some racetronix quick disconnect fittings that are a bit better than the russell . Found that those LT4 injectors and pump numbers have changed quite a bit but have manged to find all the cross references

(12710479) Injector High Output LT4 Replaces 12684130, 12686277, 12703612

Lt4 pump (12694529 / 12688607)

Replaces 12642287, 12673410, 12679090

Look up ”boosted Gen V LTX truck” on Fb. Tons of info on there.

But you’ll need low side for sure. Hit up Jose Zambrano. He’s the mod for that page. He make and sell direct replacement low side. I think he have flex flue sensor kit available also.

Without LT4 stuff, you’ll probably be able to make about 525hp before running out of fuel. With LT4 high side, you’ll probably be able to take it 800+. On E85... I think it’ll limit you to about 650 I think.

If you’re looking for a tuner, look up New Era Performance. He’s probably the best in west coast.

Here’s my truck getting dyno.
