Recovery/Tow Hooks vs Lane Departure/Distance Module

Went to install some recovery/tow hooks on my 2020 Tahoe RST Premier and noticed that there is a Lane Departure/Distance control module mounted in the same spot where the driver side hook should be mounted.  Can this module be relocated so I can install recovery/tow hook?

Were there instructions in the box with the hooks (if they are factory)?
