Buying 2021 2500 AT4 Diesel in Canada

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a new AT4.  I am not in a rush to get the truck but I also don't want to wait if I don't need to.  Currently in Canada there is only $2500 in rebates being offered.  I haven't really followed the rebates in Canada on the heavy duties.  If this normal or are the rebates generally higher?  What would a normal rebate look like in Canada.

I know nothing about the rebates but I would like to know if the trucks in Canada have the same emissions systems as those here in the us

Currently they are the same. 

 

FWIW, most of the late model used ones from locations 'near' the border are being bought up by US side wholesalers.

With current exchange rates, and the high market demand for trucks (on both sides) makes for trade-in values way above normal in this area.
