Recently blower motor began blowing on and off, replaced both motor and resistor.  Now it has completely stopped, I feel heat coming from vents and defrost.  I can hear a sound in the dashboard like something is happening.  Checked all the fuses I think are related,  have not replaced FAN CNTRL Relay in underhood fuse box.  Saw a youtube video talking about ground wires, wondered if this could be the issue.  Would appreciate any help, I'm new to GMC, I've always owned Ford trucks.  I have heard from other people 2008 was notorious for electrical issues.

Thank you
