clearance lights 2018 GMC Duramax

I have a 2018 GMC 2500 HD Duramax crew cab with a CM bed. I lost the rear clearance lights the overhead clearance lights and the right side front clearance but the left front clearance lights work. I did the normal checked the fuses but that was before I noticed the right front was not working and the fuses were good. I was towing a 2 horse trailer when this started but all the clearance lights work. turn signals and brake lights also work on truck and trailer. It appears the left and right are fused separately but the front and back do not appear to be. Any ideas where to start? I feel like it must be in the CM bed wiring. I looked at the rear plugs all that looks good but no power to the factory light plug. The factory plug for the trailer has full function. I also have a plug in next to my goose neck hitch but I have not checked it yet. Again any ideas?
