Backup Cam flickers once then green beeping

I have a 2011 sierra 1500 SLE with the backup camera built into the rearview mirror.

Randomly one day it decided to stop working. When i put it into reverse the mirror camera will flicker once then shut off. The mirror green indicator light will then blink on and off reporting no camera signal.

Has anyone had this occur or something similar? Possibly a bad camera?
I Checked my fuses and all looked good. my reverse lights work.

i checked the harness where the wires from the camera connect to the wires to the rest of the truck and that looked good.

Any other suggestions?
