Night time Running lights/ parking lights don’t work

Ever figure this out? I'm seeing same issue and weird thing is I have no Relay 35 in engine fuse box. I never removed it, but it states it is for parking lamps, yet it is missing entirely. Owned truck since brand new and I know they worked before recently being told they were out

Did anyone find a solution to this problem currently having the same issue on my 2020 2500hd single cab with leds. Night time lights won’t come on. Headlights, taillights, fog lights and side markers all stoped working. The odd part is drl work, blinkers work, brake lights work. Sometimes my radio even turns off by itself. Also sometimes when I exit the truck and lock it and walk away I look back and my blinkers flash for like 5 seconds on their own and then turn off. Help
