What's up everyone, I just purchases a 2020 Custom TB, and I have only been able to successfully start/lock/unlock it one time from the MyChevrolet app. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and I'm still stuck with "unable to connect" under my vehicle status. Any advice before I call Onstar again? TIA

Contact OnStar IMHO.  If your truck has connectivity (they use AT&T) you should be good to go
