Window switch not working

Master window switch only controls driver's window and mirror switch not working. Order new and replaced. Still not working. What could be the problem? 2015 chevy silverado 2500hd high country

Running into this same thing right now.  It’s going in to the dealer next week to get looked at.

Mine was due to wires in the door jamb getting scrunched and busted.  Dealer said it happens quite frequently on the 2014-2019 trucks. Same with hood sensor.

So it ends up that while I found a slice in the black ground wire in the main door harness, I actually only needed to replace fuse #8 in the drivers side fuse panel to get everything working again. Thanks.
