Blind Spot issue

First time GMC owner here and had the 21 GMC Denali for a week. The drivers blind spot symbol keeps on coming on when running 55-70 when no cars are behind me in the left lane. Anyway to adjust this? Or does this mean a trip back to the dealer?

Trip back to the dealer.  Should not be lighting up unless there is traffic in your blind spot.

The sensor for this is behind the bumper steps. Make sure there is nothing hanging off the step that might fool it to thinking a car is there. It might get blown around when driving that fast.
