i would say , take measurements and see, your talking about 2 different truck platforms and the only way to know for sure it to take measurements

sorry , but modifications are difficult to predict, and measuring is the best advice i can give to something like what you want to do, im sure it will fit with a few modifications , but that depends on you and your skills

Both are GMT 420/430 platforms. The differences in the two leaf springs are: 

 

1.) Rated Load 

2.) Arch Height

3.) Pack thickness

 

This is a softer spring. Is that what your after?

Tap on each spring for specifics for that spring but yes...they will physically bolt it. Shocks will as well. However while they are the same dimensions the valving may be a bit different. If using OEM shocks use those for the spring year. If using something like Fox then seak advice from someone like Accutune.
