Well yesterday I decided to get myself a christmas present. I bought a unversal remote for my tv system....I was up to 7 remotes....so it was more than past due. Anyway, I bought a Phillips Pronto 3000.....cool as sh*t.....Fully customizable.....and you can make it do anything you want (it even runs my subwoofer and XM).....so I recommend it if you a home electronics freak like me.....

Also I bought it from ecost.com It was 150 below retail...and the cheapest I could find on the net. best part was I ordered it last night at 7pm....and for 10 bucks it was at my door at 10 this morning......I have never seen a 15 hour turn around time from ordering to delivery.

anyway.....merry christmas to me.

The Pronto's are cool remotes. We use the Pronto Neo with our Aragon Stage One multi-channel hometheatre processor. There is a cool site you can visit that has all kinds of files and such people have uploaded. If you find one you like you can simply download it to your remoto via Pronto Edit (believe that's the name. The remote should have come with a cd with it on there. We use Neo Edit because we use the Pronto Neo). The site is remotecentral.com Tons of great info on there. Keep in mind, you can also set the pages up on the remote HOWEVER you like! Cool stuff. Good purchase!
