I researched some online videos and after removing the center plastic section and the crazy screw that spun circles for 40k miles. Lol. I was able to see they had redesigned the connection to one upper blk screw that you have to locate in the cavity above the harness, once you locate it you'll be able to gingerly route the screw on your Philips head to its home and snug it up.  That's it and then re clip the center plastic switch plate back on and it's good for another 40k miles Lord willing.  Bye now!!!
