2020 Trail Boss 4500 miles loud whining starts at hot temp, in park. I’m Whippled but that ain’t it!! No pulleys. Seems to be from underneath. Any ideas for a Chevy Mechanic Has Been?

My truck is at the dealer right now for a whine issue. Been happening since 2014 and they just continue to tell me it's the fuel pump, the oil pump, anything other then actually fixing it.

I know it's not normal because i have 3 coworkers with the same truck just the 5.3 and they don't whine at all. Personally i think my issue is the pump in the torque converter, but im no mechanic. My issue is sometimes loud but most times a faint whine sound that fluctuates with if im moving faster or slower. Sounds very close to a old ford Tauris power steering whine issue that most of them developed. It is most noticeable when driving close to a wall or something, very annoying.
