Hello guys

I have a 2012 sierra sle that has some weird issue

I hooked it up to my launch tool and noticed that the compressor would switch off and blow warm air for 5 to 10 seconds before going back to blow cold again

When I digged deeper I noticed that my evaporator temp would go down below 32F and then the compressor would shut off until the evaporator temp Rais to 40F and then it will come back up this will go on the entire time

I tried letting the car idle and everything was fine the evaporator hold a steady 40F the whole time however once I raise the rpm to 2500 and hold it it would immediately start decreasing until it reach 32 or below

I have evacuate it the system and recharge it and I have replaced the orifice tube and nothing have changed

My scan tool shows that my desired evaporator temp is 25F which is abnormal

And the driver side aspirator is reading -50F

My question is what part controls and regulate the evaporator temperature
