Cammed 4.8 with skip and p1175 code

I have a 2009 silverado 4.8 with comp cam and tune to match components new springs and pushrods i all of a sudden habe a rough idle dancing rpm guage and a slight miss but not reading misfires and a p1175 code any suggestions
