Gmc loss of power

Recommended Posts

So every 3 out of 10 starts I have a "loss of engine power" and it seems like half my cylinders go out, but when I disconnect my ground from the battery and reconnect it within any time frame and go to start the truck it starts fine, the issue is reoccurring and it's seems like no one can figure this issue out

its a guessing game from a forums to be honest.  If you want a guess though, I would say you have a bad PCM.  If you replace it you will need to get it programed/flashed to your vin, and specs.  You might want to post that info too.
