Over The Air Update Causing Major Intelli-Link Problems

Recommended Posts

I have a 2015 Sierra. Over the last few weeks the display has been turning off and on, changing stations, alternating weather temps between F or C and displaying an initialization screen every few minutes. I made an appt with GMC dealer this morning and was told they just received notice that it's a known problem impacting many models. I was there at 0700 this morning and there were 3 other GM vehicles there with same problem. The service advisor said GM thinks an over the air update caused it and they've been told not to replace any parts related to this problem while GM is trying to find a solution. They don't have one yet. Really frustrating. I just wanted to put this out on this forum because I've seen a lot of posts in different places with same issue.
