I have a 2020 Silverado LTZ with 16,000 miles. At the 10,000 mile mark I notice a chirping noise on the vehicle it happens when going speeds above 40 mph. The dealers says they can’t recreate the problem and the cooperate states the the engineers know of the issue and is working on a fix. Has anyone experienced the same issue

Where is it coming from?  My 19 had a front brake area chirp and it also had a chirp coming from what sounded like the dash but it was the drivetrain.  The front brake area chirp was I believe a wheel bearing or something integral to the front hub/brake area.  There is I believe a TSB for it but not sure.  The drivetrain chirp was a wiring harness resting on the transmission housing.  That was at low speeds through.  I believe because of me (you're welcome all ;-()) GM put out a TSB on existing trucks and fixed the manufacturing process on new ones.  So you likely don't have that one.

I sold the '19 LTZ and bought a 20 AT4.  No chirps so far.

I've heard this issue described as a metal on metal "ringing", "jingling", and "chirping".  Lots of good information in there and may be related to your comment that GM Engineering knows about the issue and "is working on a fix".

My truck makes the noise and so does my dealership's Service Manager's truck.  Latest news from him talking to the GM Regional service manager is that there was some discussion in meetings about it awhile back and now it is silent.  Service is being told not to fix it as GM Engineering is working on a fix.  They have produced three model years' worth of vehicles with this issue and it is believed to be still in production on the 2022s.
