02 Sensor Reading

Hi all,

I just had mechanic plug into my truck today and we noticed my O2 Sensor reading for Sensor 2 Bank 1 and Sensor 2 Bank 2 were non existent. 

Just wondering if this is definitely replace worthy or if something else could be causing it?

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Voltage is normal, albeit a bit on the rich side of things. So long as both those downstream sensor's voltage doesn't switch around like the upstreams do, everything is fine. If switching, your cats could be failing.

 

Disregard that "instant mixture adjust" - that looks like a strange way of explaining fuel trims. Might be a scan tool glitch, or incompatibility.
