I got a Volant cold air intake 2 month old took it off after truck was totaled everything is there to install. $400 retail yours for $260 shipped.

Is this engine specific? Were there any noticeable improvements once you added this? Noticeably louder intake noise? Does this require the engine tune that GM does for its own CAI?
