Where is the 2nd battery located when you get the aux battery option on an 04, 6.0, 3500? Seems like so little room anywhere.

I don't know about the gassers, but on the DuraMax (where 2 batteries are standard) the second battery is located at the right rear of the engine compartment, directly behind the coolant expansion tank.

Same place as stated. The fender bracket is removed and there is a battery tray that bolts on the wheel well assembly.
