2017 silverado no radio screen black

 All was working then I did not use truck for a couple weeks started it on a cold morning but the radio info screen stayed black no radio steering wheel controls do nothing, dash cluster says audio off. back up camera works.  Tried pulling fuse, holding buttons checked connectors under dash  and back of radio even unhooked battery for an hour. Any ideas?

 When my 2018 Canyon went black, I opened up the fuse box and made sure all of them were fully compressed.  Haven't had a problem since.
