I have 3 things going on with my 2014 LTZ 5.3 L crew cab.  For several months now, my radiator fan will stick on high.  After I turn the truck off and remove the keys, fan keeps running.  Only thing that stops it is to disconnect the battery and reconnect it.  This would happen periodically, about once a month.  Then, I got an error that my oil pump solenoid was stuck with the pump on high.  Oil pressure at idle was over 40 psi. Disconnecting the battery also seemed to fix this and it hasn’t happened again.  Today, it seemed as though my transmission had gone out. I drove a few miles, and then my truck disengaged from any gear and would not move. At the same time, there seem to be some other electrical issues. For example my tire pressure did not show anything for any tires, just shoot straight lines where the tire pressure should be. There had been no transmission problems or slipping or hard shifting or any issues up until this point.  I regularly change the fluid, etc.. I disconnected the battery for a while,  reconnected and it and the tire pressure came back, and drove/shifted fine after that.. Could these issues be related? Is the radiator fan, oil pump, and transmission controlled by the same module?  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Have you had the battery tested? Modern day vehicles with so many computers and electronics can start acting wonky when a battery is on its way out.

Another thing you can look at are the grounds. Make sure the grounds are clean and tight. There are a bunch of posts here where people have had electrical issues and cleaning/tightening a ground can help make the truck run normal again. One ground that people recommend to check is the one behind the passenger splash shield. There is also another ground in the dashboard that is looked at a lot because it was bolted down touching insulation. People will snip a piece of insulation away and bolt the ground down again. There is a good video on YouTube explaining this:

Thanks for The reply. I’ll look at the YouTube and check out the grounds.  A couple of years ago I had an issue with ground.  Occasionally, my truck would not start, no electronics would come on I would be dead in the water for a while. I jumped it a few times, had the battery looked at it was fine. The dealership looked at it a couple of times couldn’t figure anything out. Then one time it happened while I was driving, all the electronics, gauges everything went out at highway speed. Had the dealership look at it for a third or fourth time and they replaced a ground wire and it seemed good after that.  Maybe there’s another problem with the ground? Or, maybe all of that messed up a board or computer?
