2014 Silverado Console - Rear Panel Removal

After poking around the forums and random google searched I still can't seem to find out how to do this. On the full console with lid I've seen videos and read many articles on removing the top perimeter console piece. Does anyone know how or if you can remove the back panel on the console? Mine has the 12v plug and small compartment. I've tried prying a bit on just about everything but I feel like I'm going to break something if I pry too hard. Attached is an image with me pointing at the panel I'd like to remove if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought there were some screws towards top inside either that top cubby or the bottom cubby...

I wish I would have posted this hours ago. There are 4 torx head bolts (2 hidden) that I thought were rivets. Take all 4 put an pop up and it came right off. Thanks for the kick in the right direction @mikeyk101
