Heater and AC Blend doors

From everything I've been able to find there are 4 actuators on these trucks if they have the auto temp controls. Left and right blend door actuator, mode actuator, and recirculation actuator. Does anyone know where each of these actuators are located. One of them is center bottom behind the kick panel. I believe this is the right side blend door actuator. I need the location of the left side actuator or a diagram of all 4. Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I had hot air only coming out the drivers side vents with the A/C on, on my 2014 Sierra. I followed this video as well to replace the actuator. Was a pain to do but took me about an hour. No need to pull the whole dash which my local dealer wanted to do and wanted $1100.00. Hardest thig was putting the actuator retaining hold down screws back in. Helps to have a small, thin arm too to reach it.
