GM V10 ?

Weren't they gonna do one, but came out with the 8.1 instead??? I thought I heard something about that before???

A V-10 version of the LS-1 small block was planned as a replacement for the 7.4L, but it was decided to upgrade the 7.4L to the 8.1L instead. However, an all-iron V-10 is rumored to be in the works for the next generation full size trucks. G.M.C. had a 702 cubic inch gasoline V-12 in the early 60's for big trucks.
