Why are the fans so loud?

Recently the ac in my truck is cold on the passenger side but warmer on the driver side and what I can assume is the radiator fan is extremely loud all of a sudden. What could be the cause?

ive had thermostat issues in the past if that matters

The reason for one side before cooler than the other is likely a blender door problem in the HVAC system.

 

I'd fix that first before the "louder" radiator fans.
