2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Magneride Part Numbers Help

Have a 2016 Sierra 1500 Denali. Have noticed lately that the ride is not great - kind of rough, bouncy, squirmy. Truck has 67k miles on it and has the original Magneride system installed. It sounds like from what everyone has said that the shocks are likely done. 

 

Question is, I'm having a difficult time finding the correct part numbers for the front and rear. 

 

Also, are they sold just as the shock, or as a complete unit, or both?

Does anyone know the answer to this possibly? Everywhere I look it seems that I can find replacement for the non magneride denali systems, but cannot find OEM magneride shocks. Just aftermarket options, which I've read have some fitment issues?
