Anybody know of anybody or a shop  that can unlock the locked ECM and tune out DFM for my 5.3 l84. 2019 Silverado.  In California or neighboring states…. I’m not allowed to order the Diablo tuner  and ECM unlock service. Shipped to me like the rest of the country, because California CARB says I can’t. 
 

I’ve been using the range OBD but that thing doesn’t always work 100% of the time to keep DFM OFF. pulsar LT seems like the same thing it just blocks the signal. I need a real tune to eliminate it entirely from its programming, then later do a Hard delete with non DFM lifters etc later.

You don’t have a friend in a State that you could ship the Diablo to and have that person mail it to you?

I do, I haven’t thought of that. If I’m unable to get it done locally. That is a solution. Thanks.
