Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved. Truck only does it when it is cold under 59, only on drivers side, on bump and only the first few times until it warms up/loosens up. My dealer has replaced ball joints and control arms under extended warranty, then said it needed shocks. I replaced the shocks but it wasn't cold anymore to check (backordered came in 6 months later Bilstein). Now it is cold again and w/ new shocks... still making noise.

Not my truck but I've worked on plenty of vehicles where the strut mount can make such a noise.

I can't say for certain that this is your problem but I would have replaced the mounts when I did the struts.

Sounds a bit like what I had with my truck.....more of a creaking than a bump sound. I sprayed the snot out of the control arm bushings with PB Blaster, seemed to work for my situation
