With that limited information, pretty hard to help.

 

You didn't say what camshaft it was. Like was it a stock non DoD camshaft or is it bigger than stock?

 

A stock non DoD camshaft only requires the AFM/DoD drop down menu set to disable and a few DTC's turned off. A bigger than factory camshaft require a ton more tuning than that.
