Looking forward to adding a sub and amp to my refreshed Silverado HC with Bose system. On my previous truck I had car audio shop do the install but this time I think I will do it my self. I haven't done an install in a long time so after reading some of 2019-2022 audio install topics, I have a few questions.

Has anyone confirmed if the refreshed Silverado has bass roll off? If so, do I need a LOC with bass boost to address this? So far I've looked at Kicker Keyloc, Wavterch bassRestor (or link DQ or link 2) and LC2i Pro.

For simplifying install, I'm going to order a T-harness but do I need ANC? Not sure if refreshed Silverado's have it.

For sub box I will be using a single 12" downfire, so do I need to cut the rear driver floor linear (just before the sub) so the sub will not hit it or will the sub box protect it?

Any help or tips are appreciated.
