Avanlance 17" On my Tahoe?

Im an Idiot when it comes to the wheel sizes etc.

I would like to know if a set of 17" Avalanche Wheels Will fit my Tahoe, currently w/ 16" steel wheels. Im looking to upgrade

I also am seeking recommendations on 17" tires, it seems like the Bridgestone Dueler Revo seem to be a popular choice. Im not doing any/much off road, just would like aggressive tread/snow traction. Thank you for reading, and answering my silly question!

They will fit just like stock, no issues at all.

I was going to put either the Avalance or Z71 Tahoe rims on mine but I found a good deal on some Escalade rims. So I put the Escalade 17" wheels on my '95 Tahoe With LT 264-70-17's Wrangler AT/s's. They fit with out problems and look different than everybody elses OBS pickups,Tahoes & Suburbans that are around here.

Whoa! Nice looking wheel combo there! Looks like you have some different (other than Escalade stock/smooth) wheel centers on the Escalade rims. Any chance you could take a close-up picture of the centers with the rest of the wheel? I'd like to see how it looks closer up, and would like to see just what you used for centers.

KMeloney thanks for the compliments here are a couple of close ups, I know its dirty but we are suppose to get 4"-8" of snow by morning.

The center caps are the stock ones that came with my '95 on the factory wheels, they snapped right into the Escalade rims. I was going to go with the smooth caps but liked how the fake lugs made it look more rugged and different.
