sway bars, shock, suspension

I have a 1993 2wd S10 that's lowered 2 inches. I want to put new shocks (KYB Gas-a-just probably) and sway bars. Right now it only has the stock front bar. If I add a rear one should I upgrade the front one too? What size is the front? What size new ones should I go with? thanks

Depending on how much $$ you want to spend, I'd go with a new rear sway bar kit (sway bar and end links). Then keep the front stock sway bar and get new performance urethane end links from ADDCO, which can be found at AutoZone. All you have to do is measure the length of the ones on your truck now and get the same size to replace them. They run around $20 or so. According to my 2003 Performance catalog, Belltech makes a front and rear sway bar kit for you S-10. They list the front sway bar as being 1 1/4" diameter and the rear 1" diameter. The part # for the front is 5420 and the rear is 5520 these fit on an '82-'01 S10 2WD. Personally I'd just go for a new rear one and replace the front end links. I noticed a huge difference when just changing out the front stock end links. Chris
