Hello all, I have a 2020 Silverado 1500 custom crew cab that I leased new from a dealer in July of 2020. Every so often, with my iphone hooked up the screen goes blank, reboots and all is well, seems like nothing will fix that based on what I’ve read. Recently, my usb port and 115v outlet have stopped working. Can’t really find a good flow chart anywhere to start diagnosing. Looking for any help on diagnosing this issue. Thanks in advance.

I recommend finding the fuse and checking on that. GM had problems with phones charging and blowing fuses about 10-20 years ago. The fuse was constantly failing. I worked in rental cars about 15-20 years ago with a large fleet of several thousand vehicles, mostly GM.  This was a PITA to deal with.
