Good Afternoon,

I recently installed a CAI on my truck and part of the instructions recommended to disconnect the battery while installing the intake. I unplugged the negative terminal and made sure it was safe over on its own while i worked on the intake for about an hour or two. Once everything was back together i hooked the terminal back up and went for a drive and everything seemed normal. It wasn't until a week or so later that I noticed the transmission is holding gears way longer than i feel it should, on the highway at 90kph it's not up-shifting and sitting at 2k rpm even with no load/wind. I thought it may need some time to 'learn' my driving style and adjust shift points but after 500km it isn't getting any better.

I installed the intake 2 weeks ago and have driven about 700KM in total since then and have noticed it wasn't shifting 'the same' after my first trip to the city. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this or would know where to start? Maybe I should just unplug the battery again and hope it fixes itself?

Thanks again.
