A couple weeks ago, I was installing the harnesses from pgamboa to make my running lights on my tow mirrors into turn signals as well. It was a nice cold day out in my driveway and I know plastic doesn't like cold weather. While getting the driver's side panel off, the little connector on the actuator that the lock rod attaches to cracked off.

Luckily that rod isn't really needed so I ended up just putting it off to the side for now. I eventually want to get this fixed but it doesn't seem like I can buy that little part individually but will need to buy a whole new actuator. I'm really not interested in paying over $100 to fix this. I think I have all of the cracked off part but not sure but might be able to look into supergluing it.  I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit more first as it's really not a priority. It appears that I can just take it off with a star bit which I probably have.

If I can't fix it, does anyone know of a cheaper way to replace this other than buying a whole new actuator?

I've installed the eBay ones on the previous generation. $35 a piece or so.

I had seen those when I was looking and seemed like they might work. Glad to know I have that option, thanks!
