I’ve pulled out the remaining hair on my head, looking for a fuse to tap for a simple LED light installed on the front of my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. Seems I get nothing at all or constant power and I pretty much tried every logical fuse identified, minus risking engine and body control modules. Help!

UPDATED — Found the answer. Drivers side fuse panel, look at location 49/12. It allows you to move a fuse over to another post for the cigarette lighter. Change the lighter from always on( default)to switched power. There is a single spade connector exposed there by default. I put a matching female spade connector on my hot wire and connected to the spade. Checked it first with multimeter and it read no power. Turned the key to ACC and the meter showed 12 volts! PERFECT for adding accessories that need to be off when the key is removed!  No fuse tap required here.
